My favorite weapon in media has always been a scythe. The main character I’d love to see with this is Magus from Chrono Trigger but there are a few other fun options. Zasalamel from Soul Calibur and Orochi/Orochi X from Warriors Orochi would be great too.

Fair point. Perhaps justified was the wrong word. I think I meant you could understand what might drive someone in her situation to drastic action like that, even if it is misguided. She was still wrong for inciting war and there were better ways of resolving her issues.

Dimitri was nice before he snapped and after he recovered. Edelgarde is nice to her friends at least and she has some justification for her actions based on everything that happened to her.

I always thought Claude seemed like the least important of all the house leaders. I’ve only beaten Dimitri’s route and played the first half of Edelgarde’s so maybe I’m not getting the whole picture. From what I’ve played, I just feel like the story would be largely the same if he wasn’t there.

My vote’s for Armored Core. Not exactly sure how that would work as a character since the mechs are so huge but it would be cool. Its also the only one of their games I’ve ever played.
