Listen. This is not confirmation that Sonic will be in Brawl. All this article says, is that with the release of Sonic vs. mario at the Olympic games, the chances of having Sonic in Brawl are very high.

However, they only say that it "reeks of yes, he will be in Brawl." But this is not confirmation, only speculation.

If anything, the fact that the olympics game is hyping the "Sonic Mario Together" factor so much makes me think that maybe Sonic WON'T be in Brawl, because then that will steal a lot of this game's thunder.

How is 'Sonic isn't confirmed' an opinion? There has been no official statement saying Sonic is in brawl, and the link itself doesn't actually openly state that he is in, just that it suggests it. And the ramblings of some random person on the internet doesn't count as confirmation anyway.

Well, even that thing confirms nothing, it does like it safe to assume now. There is going to be aMario and Sonic Olympics game:

However, that doesn't necessarily mean they will be in Brawl together, but if they are teaming up for this project, why not for one of the gaming world's biggest franchises?
