Ayra (Fire Emblem: Seisen no Keifu) - sadly
Jody Summer (F-Zero)
Leon Powalski (Star Fox)
Mach Rider
Nabooru (Legend of Zelda)
Sceptile (Hoenn Pokémon)
Swampert (Hoenn Pokémon)
Waluigi (Mario Tennis)

I am saddened that Ayra's chances of being in Brawl are underrated.

Comments: Ah yes. Kamek. One of the main protagnists of the Yoshi games, he has quite a few moves. From turning Blocks to enemies(Super Mario world) to making people huge or tiny(Super Mario World 2). In addition, he adds something to the Yoshi Franchise, which otherwise consists of only Yoshi.

Fictional Move(s): Up-B: Kamek's Broom: Temporarily uses his Broomstick to fly for a bit. If anyone get's in the hitbox, he tries to whack them with his Wand.

Alt. Costumes: I'm pulling a blank here. Kammy Koopa? Probaly not, but it's all I got.

I feel Meowth is underrated, as well as the Ice Climbers' return.
Farfetch'd is especially underrated, especially since Fetchy is so awesome.

R.O.B. is also underrated. It's a friggin' robot! And it's so amazingly retro that it practically deifnes forgotten retro.

well look what they did for Mr. G&W and the Ice Climbers. He is very workable.

I think people just disregard him as soon as they he the thought of him being included.
Also a low fanbase (compared to others like Ridley, Geno, Sonic, etc.)

How exactly is Mach rider underrated? He is one of the most requested and likely retro characters right along side the Balloon fighter. Also the rest of the characters on your list have little to no chance.

The only two characters on your list who have any chance in hell are Waluigi and Mach Rider, and those chances are very slim.
