Why aren't the threads from the sticky moved into the international community area?

The sticky also has Canada in there still, just an fyi.

Smash only becomes big when there’s a scene established. Lots of places like Hong Kong Don’t have scenes. Hopefully Brawl will change that. Smash is mainly played by western countries.
