QFT. I hate hate HATE Petey Piranha more than any other character. He lacks any sort of a personality, he is boring, he is annoying, and he is downright worthless. How an oversized garden pest in a diaper has ANY fanbase whatsoever is beyond me. I will be truly angry if Petey makes it in as a playable character. Boss character ONLY. :mad:

Compare the size of Zamus to Bowser. Now, go and compare the size of Zelda and Peach in their cages to Petey. He's far larger than Bowser. He's just a boss, methinks. I reckon, what with the Ancient Minister apparently utilizing the Halberd, that he's recruiting the villains/rivals/enemies from the various franchises to assist him.

Ridley's theme on the dojo had "boss battle" in it's name, did it not?

Oh. God. No. Petey should NOT be a playable character. SOOO many more characters deserve a spot more than he. Its not that I think he sucks or anything, but lets get real people.

However, it does seem like an amazing idea to have him in as an AT or as a boss battle during ths story mode. I would love to have boss battles.

I have never liked Petey but I gotta tell you I was seriously hyped when he made his entrance. Tons of teeth and then a roar that would show off the mgm lion? That was pretty sweet. I'd actually like to play as him but being as how Kirby next to him was like tiny pichu next to giant ganondorf in melee, I think it's not gonna happen. Maybe a boss character like everyone here has been saying.

i dont think petey becoming a boss character would lessen the chances of characters such as ridley being playable, u never know, however if ridley or someone simmilar to him is made into a boss its not a compleley bad thing i mean u get to seee that character in its full glory and they wont have to be dumbed down as u can see with petey who is freakin huge and about to eat kirby.
