Yay more character roaster fun.

First of all Toad has been deconfirmed and Waluigi is so unimportant if even Toad couldn't make it as a playable character Waluigi won't be either. I mean at least Toad had his own game.

And please you'd have to be a Roy Fanboy to think he'd be returning. He's not as popular as the other two lords mentioned. Not to mention brings nothing unique that hasn't already been brought. Roy did have a ranged sword in his game; Ike however steals that unique quality from him. He's not likely to return.

Other likely FE character to be in are. Mikaya, Black Knight, Sigurd and Hector. Personally I'm a fan of Mikaya she brings a completely different style of fighting to the Fire Emblem franchise (Light Magic). Not to mention she as a much needed female perspective on a male dominated franchise.

And Eww at Rayman, Megaman would be a better choice over him I think...

MegaMan is still the only logical 3rd party char other than Sonic.

Hm. Well, theres a lot of good to it (K Rool and Isaac, very nice), but also some bad. First theres the Mario roster - Toad and Waluigi are as minor as Mario characters come (Toad is a dime-a-dozen lackey of Peach, Waluigi hasn't even been in any real Mario game, he exists solely as filler for the party games). Then theres Star Fox having four characters, which is doubtful since its a fairly small franchise which is already past its pinnacle of popularity. Then theres the Fire Emblem roster with Roy, who is a pretty poor choice for a rep now that he can't serve as an add. And lastly theres Rayman, whose presence over the likes of Mega Man, Bomber Man, or even Pac Man stupefies me.

Personally I also dislike Midna being with Wolf Link - why people want her to be riding him in Brawl rather than fighting on her own I'll never quite understand - but thats just a personal preference thing.

Drop Toad, Waluigi, either Falco or Wolf, Roy, and Rayman, and add someone in Roy's place (see the list Kirby Knight gave), and perhaps someone in Rayman's place, and I'd be good with it.

I just put my opinions on some of the characters, I'm in parentheses.

Mario Series: As said, Toad has been deconfirme. Waluigi is also kinda a worthless character, and has never shown up in any canon game. (I also find it weird that he's never shown up in the Wario series) Bowser Jr. Could get in, but I doubt he'll have anything to do with Shadow Mario.

DK series: Lose King K. Rool...Not going to happen.

Zelda Series: I think we'll either get Midna, or maybe WWL, but not both, but that's how I see it. There isn't really a chance of Wolf Link teamed up with Midna at the same time though.

Metroid Series: I don't get the must touch phazon thing, but the roster is alright. Seems lacking compared to other things, but that's just the way Metroid is with its lack of characters. In reality though, the other series will have less than you put in most of them, so it balances out though.

Yoshi Series: Fine.

Kirby Series: Good.

Star Fox Series: It's Wolf or Falco, not both. I personally don't know who's the best for the job as they both have pros and cons, but there's no way both will make it in. Krystal should be a shoe in though.


Pokemon Series: Lose Gardevoir. It's just a random generic Pokemon, wih no claim to fame. Personally, I see Darkrai as a major contender, but most others don't see that, so I'm not going to push that.

F-Zero Series: No to Black Shadow. He's just not worth it.

Earthbound Series: Alright.

Ice Climber Series: Not much you could do here, eh?

Game & Watch Series: Ditto.

Fire Emblem Series: Roy? You honestly think he'll be back? Anyways, I'd put my money on Micaiah being there along with Ike and Math. Three sword users of the same basic style for the same series is pushin it.

Wario Series: Good

Kid Icarus: Good

Animal Crossing Series: Eh? I still believe that we will get Tom Nook, but it's alright to expect we'll get the standard human.

Pikmin Series: Good

Golden Sun Series: Good.

Metal Gear Solid: Good

Sonic Series: Meh

Rayman Series: Huh? This guy won't make it in. No way. Megaman is a much mroe sage bet, or none at all.

I think Gardevoir at least has a chance of making it into Brawl because it WAS on Sakurai's poll and it is very popular in Japan.

Not to say that'd make it playable but at least an appearance is notable. :/

I'm also doubtful about Waluigi. Six Mario reps might be pushing it.. But then again, Pokémon has six reps and that's fine. I don't think Waluigi would be a good Mario rep though. Also doubtful Falco AND Wolf. Four Star Fox reps... No. Absolutely not. I'm not even gonna mention Rayman.

But for the rest, this list is pretty solid. I'd suggest replacing Roy, but that's just opinion.
