What's yer flavor? Classic Red and Blue? Inverse Blue and Red? The Wario look alike? Fire Mario? Green Luigified Mario? There is also a Brown one. (Who am I kidding? Just about everyone is going to use the rad Fire costume...)

Wario colored Mario looks stupid and I'm too used to Inverse Blue Mario to find it appealing anymore. Classic, Fire, and Chocolate Mario look the best and I will play using those the most.

He should have had Shadow Mario as an alt IMO...

Darn it! Sorry guys that costume was, in fact, brown. Not Black, as I originally said. I probably just saw black, becuase I was (and am) hoping for something to fill the void of Doc's awesome black alt costume.

At this point, I'm thinking of going with the Brown costume. It's not as awesome as a Black one, but at least I'll stand out a bit online (I have a feeling that EVERYONE is going to use Fire Mario. ;)

****, that's already 6 colour changes. Screw. I, too, was also hoping for that Red and Black colour change from Galaxy. It's sweet. But Sakurai did say around 6 so maybe there's still a chance?

There's some speculation that every character has 'light' and 'dark' costumes. Pit's Fallen Angel look, Dark Fox, Dark Link, ect.

I could maybe see the Fire Mario costume as being the 'light' costume, since it's white and awesome, but I'm not seeing a dark one. Unless you think it's the wario. . .

Classic - Hey, Mario is Mario. And Mario is cool. ^_^

Fire Mario - Awesome, awesome, awesome. Add the Fireball and you've got SMB all over again. Nostalgia FTW!

Original- I like Mario's original colours, and blue is my favourite colour, but I think Mario looks better with his current colour scheme; I'm glad Nintendo switched it way back when.

"Wario" - See, THAT is a Wario costume. Wario's standard costume (the Warioware outfit) just looks lame compared to that. And Mario looks good in it. ^_^

Brown Mario - Must...not...type...plumber joke...but I digress, even though brown is my least favourite colour, Mario does look good in it. And if you're looking for a more realistic costume, you can't go wrong.

What's my favourite? Hmmmm...either Classic or Fire...y'know what? Fire. :chuckle:

Well, the Wario update pretty much disconfirms any Mario alt costumes, although Mario colors are a palette swap of classic Wario's.

Oh boy, if both Mario and Wario wear yellow and purple, how will people tell the difference. The difference is quite obvious actually. Wario is fat, and I mean big time fat.
