Force Palm Question!

I started to post this in the official Lucario Guide thread but I figured that the guy there probably has too many things going on there for him to accurately get to my question quickly, so I thought posting it here would be better. Of course, not only that guy, but anyone else can answer it too.

I've heard Lucario's B> (Force Palm) will grab people if they are close enough to them, but my question is that grabs them..with what? Does it go into a normal grab animation, or does it work like Bowser's own, which sort of gives him a second set of grabs? Also, how much damage does this move do if you grab someone with it? Can you grab them in mid-air and if so, how long does it hold them there?

He has the game so he would know better than me. His isn't very accurate with his "Pokémon knowledge unfortunately. Calling Aura Sphere, Shadow Ball. And saying Lucario has "Shadow Powers"...

its like koopa claw, but you can only throw forward. does about 9 or 10%, and has okay knockback. you can use it to chaingrab at lower %. (not everyone)
