Setting special to Y made this so much easier for me.

This helped me a lot easier. Makes the motion of doing it with your thumb much more fluent and in general, I was able to perform this technique at a much higher success rate.

Oh this is a great move to spam against slower characters, great way to rack up free damage. :)
