Weird Dash Technique

I remember hearing of this before, but I don't know what it's called and can't find a thread for it. You can see this dash im talking about in the rob system failure vid at/around 2:05, where he does it a couple times. how is this done, and what are the properties of it? can u attack out of it?

i forgot what its called and cant really explain it - its under brawl tactical discussion => compilations of new techniques

go there and its like a glide toss or something - (its where peach slides throwing the turnip)
but i think u jump, throw and like shield or air dodge causing u to slide forward, but check that thread there

i got it down, and its a really useful technique! its hard to get the full long dash though.
