Improved Hugging - Vids

[Scrubs]

For people who do not know/ haven't figured out yet. You can make hugging faster by fast falling before pressing towards the stage.


Just run of the edge and the do a quarter circle back towards it.

I haven't seen anyone do it. It is for people who may not have thought of it.

Agreed with yuna, only difference is fast-falling which anyone can work out.

Those that didn't fast fall their wavedashes onto the ledge with floaties in Melee.

I think everyone that plays smash knows that you can fast fall.

Combining it with hugging is a step farther, I know, but fast falling in itself isn't anything spectacular.

I did this with every edge hog already anyways. It's good to show it to people though who might not have had the sense to do this though.

Everyone that I've seen that has used this was fast falling it. I'm pretty sure Hugs figured this out immediately after discovering that you could do it in the first place.

That said, there is no reason to be condescending to the guy for posting this. It doesn't hurt anyone and he isn't causing problems.

Yeah everyone knows about fast falling.

But people may not know that you can combine it with hugging. Because of Brawl there are a lot of new members on the boards that didn't play Melee.
