umm hey, i have 98% of SSE complete but i cant seen to find the item or door im missing int The Plains, anyone think they can help???

-Once you get to the wall of breakable blocks, get on top of them and attack on the right side to open a box with a trophy off of the screen.
-After falling through the breakable blocks in the cave, there is a passage leading up with a secret door at the top.
