Low F-Smash

If you press down while doing Luigi's f smash, instead of his arm coming out straight, it comes out diagonally, which makes hit much lower. I'm not sure if this was in melee, but I thought it was interesting.

This was in Melee. You can also angle it up. Works for f tilts too.
