TL DAIR question

Ive seen lots of players use this and I do not know how to make it so when using his dair he doesnt shoot down, but goes slowly... how do you do that? thanks ^^

it depends on if TL jumped in the air or was hit in the air.

Yep. For me, it only happens when I try to Dair immediately after being hit upward. I think it's because if it worked the same as the normal Dair, TL would never die.
