is their anyway to slow down tinks dair, and if so can it still spike at a slower speed?

If I understand what you mean, then I've done this before. It only happens when you Dair straight out of an attack that sent you skyward. I'm pretty sure it still spikes (it does for me at least), but it's pretty situational.

^^Check Kizzu's sick combo, and you'll see that it's from up aerials i think

I think you do it slowly any time you do it out of the tumble animation. I've found if I airdodge or do some other attack first, I shoot down like normal.

ok you can do moves to slow it down but its only because your neutralizing the auto-dair fallfast....
you just di-hard and use c-stick its will slow down with out doing a move first

the only way to slow down his dair is when ur hit into the air press nothing but dair and you will go down slow i tryed this alot of time it works
