I was hit into the air and I used dair. Then I didn't go straight down, but floated! Is there a way to replicate this/do this at will?
No. No, you can't unless you hit yourself with a bomb (verification needed). And it's not new.

What is RAR?: Reverse Aerial Rush. To perform, run in one direction, and right before you jump, press the other direction and you will jump forwards, facing backwards. This way you can use your bair easily while running at your opponent (double bair ftw)

My downsmash sent the opponent horizontally! What happened?
If the first part of his D-smash hits but the second doesn't, the opponent goes flying sideways in an almost OHKO. This can happen if TL is on a slope and the opponent is above him, and TL hits with the first part of the downsmash.

How can you zair with a bomb in your hand?
Airdodge then cancel it with your A button, which uses the hookshot then.
