so any good strategies to defeating pit?

if he is arrow spamming you, shad them and fire arrows of your own, you have more projectiles, I suggest using them. if he D-B's to reflect them, that is an opening for you

just remember he is virtually open when he is flying back to the stage. he cant attack when he uses his up-b. so take this time to do a f-air to kill him.

Don't forget that he attack OUT of his up-B >.<
I hate it so much:
He up b's then when his wings just begin to light up, I get near him to F-air, but then he D-airs or B-airs me and I get KO'd

I feel like using a dsmash with insane kb (so making sure only the first hit connects; this video shows it: http://youtube.com/watch?v=rbFnHBI-kts) would be a winning strategy against the best recovery characters in the game. And as said earlier, Pit's up B recovery renders him vunerable for a long period of time. When using the above dsmash to its full potential, Pit is open for a ton of killing moves like spikes, fairs, and nairs if he somehow manages to recover from the dsmash and tries to up B his way back to the stage. Just run off and aerial.
