...but I can't, because he's too fast. He has insane aerial combos, an excellent approach in Withdraw, and a killer Usmash that seems to be much harder to airdodge than Lucas'. I can somewhat keep him at bay with projectiles, but bombs and 'rangs will only rack up so much damage, and when I go in for the kill, I get beaten back by his amazing mostly lagless attacks. He's got jumps, speed, and power. How do I beat such a creature?
Similarly we've got Ivysaur, with his amazing Fsmash range and ability to deflect bombs dropped from above and the occasional Dair. Again, power Usmash, and enough mobility in the air to keep me at bay when I get a bit sloppy. Note that I'm playing Lv. 9 CPUs, so I'm up against faster-than-average shielding, but still, when I win, I'm at one stock and 70%.
Charizard gives me no trouble.
Anyway, I guess this is a general "How do I Beat Pokemon Trainer?" thread. Help?
