In this vid the "Reverse Moonwalk/Waveland" is used to fall off the ledge with an up B so then edge grab.
I'll try it shortly, but looks like it will come in handy for edgeguarding with TL.

that slide looks completely useless tbh. There are much better ways to edge guard with TL. I would waste time to do this one.

Like what, I don't see anyother ways to drop of the edge and cancel the up b into your invinc frames so quick.

Why not just edgehog...?

Edge hogging only works if the opponent's recovery doesn't getting past the edge and on the stage.
I just jump backwards and zair auto-tether grab the ledge wait for then to do a recovery that will save them and or hit me at the same time then retract and "use" my invincibility frames during that time
Just use an instant edgegrab. Much faster.

i always run off the edge and hold analog stick towards the stage so i turn round and grab ledge, is that what you mean by instant edge grab? also, is it faster than auto-tether?

What you are describing is hugging.
People like Sonic can't do that.
Instant edgehogging is performing a backwards hadoken towards the stage as soon as you run/walk off, or if you have tap jump off, you can just hold diagonal up and back as you go off. It works as fast as an auto tether I'd suppose.

No, its a street fighter move, you do hadoken by going a quarter circle forward(QCF) when you do it backwards you go the opposite way. (QCB)
So basically you roll the control stick from down to back towards the stage.

How exactly do you slide like that? It doesn't describe how to perform that technique in the video, and I haven't been able to find the thread on the tactical discussion boards. x_x
It's in the compilation thread under craq walk
