Can you spam the second button press? What I mean is if i get the first shot off quick enough, can i repeatedly press the special button to ensure the second arrow releases? It looks like it's working for me sometime, but i wasn't sure if maybe i was 'accidentally timing it correctly'

also, i can't find a post telling the exact timing of the second shot. i understand the rule of thumb is to just get the first shot off as quick as possible, but when should i start the second arrow?

I start it just as or right before I hit the ground. This fires it off instantly.

I think spamming the B button actually stops the second arrow from coming out. Its all about timing. You should start the arrow right as the first one is released.

Mathos was such a good Falco player in melee. He spammed lazers like it was no ones business.
