Smash Royale
A Super Smash Bros. Melee and Brawl Tournament!
As a compensation for the third Royal Flush Monthly, which had to be canceled due to problems with the Venue, we decided to host a tournament this summer, more precisely in July, whith which we aim to surpass all other german tournaments (which will be hard, because we already had some awesome german Tournaments), and which is supposed to hold Melee alive further on.
The Tournament shall help to bond the german community closer together, and bring ensure contact with foreigners at the same Time. Freiburg might be in the South of Germany, but therefore it is in the middle of Europe, hence we already have intressants from France, Italy and naturally Switzerland.

Freiburg is not only a good place to Smash, but one of the most beautifull towns in the country, with a downtown that lots of Bars, Discos or Sights. Freiburg is also close to the Black forest which makes its touristic Value even higher. So Freiburg has enough entertainment to offer, even if you had enough time to enjoy them all.

The Venue has been used for our Tournaments several times, and holds Space for more than enough people. There are enough Toiletts and Basins, sadly no Showers. To Sleep, there is a small Room, and the Hallways to the Bathrooms are broad and far from noise, so anybody should be able to find a quiet place to sleep.
Close by (less than 5 minute walk) there are a few Supermarkets, Restaurants(Fast-Food or others), bakerys. More in "Food and & Housing" or in the following picture.

The Final entrance fee is not yet set, the Pots for Singles and Teams neither, but if there are changes, they will be minor. The Money has to be payed completely upon entry of the venue, and it is NOT possible to pay for only one of the events. After Payment, the Money will not be refunded at non-participation.
Prizes:

1st: 60%
2nd: 30%
3rd: 10%
No cash prizes for the other events.
Food & Housing
Provisions:
Within the Entrance fee there are neither Drinks nor Food, because we aim for a fee that is as low as possible, and there are plenty of Possibilities to get your supplies right next to the venue.
There is a Doner Kebab Shop (and Pizza), a Subway, two Supermarkets and more than enough Bakeries, which can be reached during breaks at ease. Furthermore, there are several Restaurants (Asian, Italian,...) which are of course more expensive than Fast Food.
Housing
Durng the Tournamenz (2 Nights) everyone will be housed at the Venue, after or before the Tournament you will be Housed by one of the Smashers. Because we dont have so many Smashers in Freiburg and we need to organize everything, we beg you to report your need of Housing in due time (early enough).
