We have successfully moved to the new server. You will find that posts, PMs, and New Members made on March 29-30 were not transferred over. Everything else should be the same.
There are a few changes to the Smash World Forums Community. First, I have decided to wipe out the Site Talk and UBB Help rooms. They were overflowing with SPAM, and they had no purpose. There is a new room, the Debate Hall, that will joining the Pool Room in the 'General Discussion' category.
Another change is we now have a policy not to delete members. A few innocent bystanders got deleted earlier in the week. We apologize, and I personally am going to rebuild your member CGI file manually from scratch to make it up to you. Treget, a long time veteran, will be re-joining the staff as an Admin. Please give him a warm welcome back.
As the boards grow I thought it necisary to make these changes for your benefit. As always, Smash World Forums is FREE for you to use, but it is not free to run. We rely soley on contributions from our members and on your support of our sponsors/banners. As a further fundraiser we will be selling email accounts to any member who wants "yourname@smashboards.com" as an address. For more details please contact Gideon via Instant Messenger.
