Hi, welcome to smashboards. There are probably threads like this that I will post a link to when I find it, but I'll answer some of your questions:

SH - Short Hop
Nair/Dair - when you have a letter followed by "air", it is referring to one of your aerial attacks.
uair - up and A in the air.
nair - A in the air. (The 'N' stands for "Neutral")
dair - down and A in the air.
fair - the direction your facing and A in the air.
bair - the opposite of the direction you're facing and A in the air.

samething goes with tilts, you have utilt which is tilting up and pressing a on the ground etc.

Some others (these are advance techniques, if you don't know what an advance technique is, there is a sticky about them in the Tactical Discussion parent thread)

RAR - Reverse Aerial Rush (just search it, its hard to explain and other people can explain it better).
B-sticking - I've heard two actually that can be used, one refers to setting the C-Stick on a gamecube controller to the special or 'B' moves. The other is the same as an advanced technique called wavebouncing, again search this.
wavebouncing - see above.

Hope this helps, I'll add to it if I think of more, and welcome to smashboards.

Here is an excellent thread by Jewdo which compiles all the advanced techniques in the game. Right Here (http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=164597)
