dair and diminishing returns

does the meteor on toon links dair lose power the more you use the move? im interested to know because ive been trying to use it for spacing with the shock wave and its ability to slide quickly across sloped terrain. i just want to make sure that these defensive tactics wont be taking away too much of this moves offensive potency.

Yes, Toon Link's Dair loses power if you use it over and over, just like everyone of his attacks.
