Why has Wario won more torneys than ROB, Falco, Zelda, Toon Link,WOLF, and pit.

All of which are higher on the tier list than him.

He has about everything you could ask for in a character: range, projectiles, good power, priority, good attack speed, regular speed, air speed, recovery, mostly good match-ups, etc, and he's not difficult to pick up. Toon simply has quite a lot going for him.

pretty much every newcomer has been picked up. its the freshness of it that makes uncoming pros pick him as a main. dont think too hard about it

With my experiense, TL isn't THAT common of a main. To be honest, I don't see many TL mains around. I've only heard of a few outside of myself, and none local to be honest.

The characters I've been seeing a lot have been MK and Snake.

I'm the only TL main in my neck woods (that I know of), so it's good by me.

But he's very easy to pick up, but hard to master. Think of Ike, basically.

I went to two tournaments. I didn't see any Toon Link players besides myself. It was quite scary. But I'm glad that Toon Link's hype is dying down. Makes no sense to me when so many people bashed the idea of him being in the game and he ends up being insanely popular. =.=

There are like....2 Toon Link mains in Socal that I know of, one being myself. And socal has an enormous player base.

TL is just fun to play as :)

I haven't seen or played that many TL mains....I know a lot of people who use him as a secondary, but I've seen wayyyyy more MK/Snake/Falco/Marth/G&W mains.

I agree with this. It seems that Snake and MK are the "new" Fox/Falco/Shiek/Marh if you catch my drift. Also, I am the only one in my area that plays as him and I own ><.
