1. Jump backwards off of a ledge.
2. Tether
3. Quickly drop
4. Attack
I'm not sure if this can be useful at all, but I think it could let you bair people off and to the side of the stage at a lower height than it, as well as fair people under the stage moar quickly than SH'ing off and fastfalling. The timing is tricky, though.
