I don't think explain to you is a good way to get...good? Watch some Youtube videos or something, easy to recognise what moves are good and how to use they correctly. :dizzy:

I find having a more skilled friend to play with helps a lot. Or even face a less skilled friend who is capable of critically looking at the game (most serious players are able to do this at least a bit, regardless of skill), and just talk over your matches at the end. You know, what either of you could have done in a given situation to come out a bit better.

Try recording your own matches and watching your replays to see what you did wrong and how you could improve on that next time.

I find watching other peoples videos gives you good techniques for combos etc but dont try to copy their playstyle, just let it flow and develop your own way of playing as it adds style to your char ands makes it more intresting to watch and develop from.

Comparing and contrasting is good, but dont over do it.
