Use your forward smash in one direction and tap the joystic k the opposite way.
The joystick comes first, by a hair.

I think your talking a Stutter Step Fsmash. Basically a quick pivot Fsmash. Great for spacing and mindgames.

I had a hunch, I'm just not seeing much progression in any of the character boards in terms of techs and such.
