I am curious to know if all the multi hit properties of toon links spin attack count as individual hits. I ask of this because it may be a good way to remove all attack decay, thus making Toon Link KO at earlier %. I think it combos 13 times from start to finish. I think his spin attack is under utilized. Its good for racking up damage, and it may get rid of all attack decay, we'll have to test this out. Feel free to talk about any other uses for the spin attack, both grounded and aerial.

Same here. It's underused. Good for punishing.

I use it mostly when my opponent is above me, however if you manage to hit your enemy with the final hit, it sends him flying either left/right, depending on which way you are facing. It's not a very reliable kill move, however it's good for racking up damage and and setting up for bair chains or a dair spike.

I didnt know it set up to a b-air or d-air. Its another good option to punish rollers, and sweet spot boomerang to spin attack, to rack up damage, and get rid of attack decay for your power moves.
Are there any grab combos that lead into Spin attack?

I already tested this. It does not help attack decay more than any other attack. For example, you would have to use 10 spin attacks to refresh all of your moves. They do not count as individual hits.
