Didn't I see you on the Marth boards?
>_>
I am a deity here, not some lowly aristocrat, unlike at the Marth boards. Bow down to my greatness.
Anyway, I'll critique a match where you lose. I know GameWatch a lot better than Snake anyway.
Wait a few hours, I'll critique the second match you have.
EDIT:
Okay...I'll make this short:
Learn to short hop double arrow CORRECTLY. This will also allow you to extend into options like retreating aerial to lagless arrow. You play Toon Link like Young Link in Melee. Things have changed, there are better options now.
When doing Zair, do it as you descend from your hop so that the Zair autocancels, but learn how to time it so that you still get the optimal reach. This will allow you to hit short foes, as well as follow up with a bomb, dash attack, Nair, whatever. Lagless Zair to grab is popular. Also, if you want, you can airdodge before you Zair as Zair cancels the airdodge animation.
When attacked by Bair, always DI up so that the final hit doesn't hit.
Don't use Dair as a gimp, it cost you the battle.
Learn to tech Dthrow. Now that most Game and Watches will Dthrow almost all the time, and if they don't, pressing the shield button doesn't hurt. DI-ing behind him was smart though, but not good enough I'm afraid.
Be more campy and hit-run w/ GameWatch. Keep moving to make it hard for him to hit you. Use bombs to ward off approaches.
On the ledge, if GnW uses Dtilt to edgeguard, simply let go sideways from the ledge, pull out a bomb and throw it toward him.
Also, try to kill GnW vertically. You tried so Fsmash which failed when GnW knew he can just jump out of it.
I may have more to add later. It depends.

The match I lose I lose...bad.
The match I win I win...bad.
I guess my Toon Link is just a child of extremes.

Question
I was messing around with Toon Link's zair
And if you keep dropping off the ledge and zairing is it supposed to stop grabbing it after awhile?

Yeah, because Sakurai was smart enough to know that it would be grade A stalling otherwise.
Of course he fell short on realizing a bunch of other things, but at least he thought out Marth and Toon Link pretty well, right?
Some other characters...not so much.

Yes. I believe the limit is 3 times you can tether before your character has to make contact with the actual stage before tethering again.

Okay cool, thanks.
Anything else?

Ok, first time multi-quoting...
Yes. I believe the limit is 3 times you can tether before your character has to make contact with the actual stage before tethering again.
I believe that some characters (actually one) can go past that limit.

I have seen these videos twice. Once from your friend in the G & Watch forums and once in these forums. Well, you recklessly use Down aerial for a spike and other things. Though you may be lucky to sometimes land the attack successfully to kill, other times you're not, causing you to get punished for the move's landing lag when you used it on the ground. Since this spike is very suicidal, it should be used sparingly.
The snake one was fine except you could have stopped him from snake dashing if you were to do Quick draw...

Ice Climbers... I've tried counting how many times it took for their belay to stop working when I was stalling in a match and I gave up counting when I hit 20. (This was against a friend new to brawl who didn't know that Nana was invincible when she was belaying the edge so all he did was F-smash in an attempt to hit Nana and I...)

Maybe, but TL can only do it three times.
I watched the second video. Firstly, I agree with Viet. I'm a TL mainer mostly because I'm experienced with YL from Melee. But you have to remove that mindset right now. There is a reason YL was lower tier in Melee, and TL is a middle tier in Brawl. I'm not saying forget everything you learned by playing as YL, but there were far too many YL aspects to that game.
One thing that I noticed was your terrible edge-guarding skills (I don't mean this personally, I mean critically). I refer to point 1:25, when you try and finish G&W with an Fsmash. That was the wrong move. An Fair, hyphen smash or even an Nair (followed up with air combos) would have been better. You eventually finish him a Dsmash though - good move!
1:19 - oh dear. We can all make those mistakes, but train on the timing and DI. I personally would have dropped, DI'ed to G&W's right and given an Nair so the second slice hits. Dair's are a weakness with TL - use them and you WILL be punished. Same goes for the numerous re-entries you made using Dair. It doesn't scare people. Everyone with eyes can see it coming, and it's as easy to avoid as rolling out the way and charging up an Fsmash to hit TL while he takes 5 minutes lagging afterwards. Learn to resist the urge to use Dair.
2:34 - I think you could have tether hogged there. I'm not sure G&W's recovery would have hit, and he definitely wasn't gonna reach the platform.
Try and use more projectiles. Goes without saying really. If you go for a close-up with G&W you're making things harder for yourself.

I don't think shes invincible.
Or maybe it was Popo.
I forget.

In belay, Nana IS the hitbox of the attack so she is invincible because she is literally covered by it (you'll notice a greenish sheen on her when she is doing belay). This hitbox parries everything so yeah...
