You've already got a pretty solid game. I'd say this is one of the better TL vids out there. Only some bits of critique (you did want that, right?):
Resist the urge to dair! Unless you're predicting an opponent's move and/or think it will surprise them, it's not worth the landing lag of a whiff.
More zair. You started off using it very well, but it seemed to lose priority in your game relatively early.
What follows is my "theorizing", or specifically my belief that TL's game centers around moments of mental transition (referring of course your and your opponent's mentalities). The point of projectiles, as I see it, is to get your opponent in a mindframe of pursuit, so that by the time they begin to act on prediction (whether by SHing, dashing, or simply walking toward you after they shield or dodge a projectile), you're suddenly there with an aerial to the face. Perfect example: 0:32-0:34 in your video. He shields your SH -> retreat -> boomerang and then tries to gain ground by SHing toward you, allowing you an easy nair. Note that this SH nair is delivered on the rise of the SH, meaning if he shields you can still DI away. The counterexample in your video would be 1:01-1:04, where MK dodges your offensive dair and then basically stands shielding and attacking, baiting you to try and force the issue with a falling nair.
That said, I would have liked to see more retreating projectiles, namely SH -> retreat -> boomerang or retreating JC bomb toss. If they begin to expect the retreating JC bomb toss, throw the bomb right after drawing it, or simply throw the boomerang with a bomb in hand, or perhaps JC toss toward them (depending on the spacing of course). If they begin to expect the retreating boomerang, throw in a quick, safe rising bair, or a SH zair. If they begin to expect that zair, throw in a rising nair. In short: mix your game up wisely. Think about what your opponent will be expecting based primarily on what sorts of attacks you've been doing. This is much easier said than done. Once they're in the air, or once they're hit by a projectile, then it's time to go on the offensive for the combo (i.e. 1:08-1:11).
Regardless: nice TL, I hope you stick with him. And sorry for the rant -- I've had this on my mind for a while now.

Actually thats a very good comment. U went very in-depth with it. Thanks. I'll apply what u said. I use all characters. TL was one of my original mains since release but then i decided not to have any mains lol. i stick to everyone

You already know what I think ;). There is nothing wrong with not having a main (or having 38), but just remember that you can always keep improving your game (especially with a weird character like Toon).

If I was to be really nit-picky, I picked up seven mistakes/areas you can improve:
1) You were using U airs too much when F airs and B airs or air dodges would have been preferable. See 0:44
2) TLs best edge-guard move is to jump off facing the centre of the stage, and tether. It's almost instantaneous. Had the MK been decent, he would have made the edge easily at 0:55.
3) Don't use D airs if you don't know you're gonna hit. You ought to have been punished more than you were in that video.
4) You were throwing bombs in all sorts of wacky directions. Control yourself.
5) I didn't see an air dodge once in that whole game, despite TL's floaty nature lending himself to good air dodging (especially with Z air).
6) You were ground grabbing without much chance of success - and you were punished for it.
7) Learn to SH -> Pull bomb -> Quickdraw.
Apart from those really minute details, you're a good TL user. I was impressed by the air combo at 1:08-12. ~40% damage against MK close-up in 4 seconds. Nice! O_o

Good TL. Your spacing was good, good combos, and effective projectiles.
I'd give you tips, but most of it's already been said.
Definitely use more zair and JC bomb throws though.
Holy ****, if i didn't know any better, i would of thought one of my friend's uploaded one of my matches. That looks exactly like my toon lol. DO i even need to post my vids any more lol?
good toon dude, as you noticed nair rapes. Noticed you tried to bair a few times, which didn't work out so good. So try nair's when you see the bair's stopped working. Nice use of projectiles too. Could of used a little more zair. but all in all, good job.

wow, that was actually pretty amazing. You did pull off some stuff that should have been airdodged, and the Meta Knight made some mistakes, but you're really good. I loved the end XD
Your Toon Link sounds like a crazy man..."hyah hyah hyahh!" constant attacking, fun to watch.

Now way, is no board safe from your spacing johns? Oh well, moving on.
For some advice from a constant victim of TL, less u-air. I know it's a great kill move for the floatier characters but it is also a laggy move. And with MK, 5 framesa is all he needs to take a stock away.
Other than that, you're great.
*And of course as every one has said, d-air is not the best thing to spam. Be very cautious, or read their mind. All toonlink's naturally have that ability anyway.

Ninjalink, I wanna be like you when I grow up.
Seriously, my Toon Link only gets views because I put Haruhi Suzumiya BS in my tags. You...
you're just cool.

I hate to be the one to say this, but is just me that thinks the MK was kind of well...bad? I mean I'm not saying your TL is good or bad but it's hard to tell how good someone is if one is clearly better and the other is noticeable sub-par.

Ya, the MK didn't do much, especially in the beginning, besides spam a few attacks. I liked your toon link though, good use of aerials and projectiles. One small thing, you used dair a bit too much and was punished for some of them. Very good TL though.
I guess the mk could of been considered bad cuz NL beat him up too badly. That happens to a lot when some of my friends get good beat down on me. I look like a sandbag, and im probably the most consistently
winning MK in montreal.
But yea, everyone else has been saying it and i forgot to add it before. Dont dair so needlessly

I'm impressed by all of the characters you play.
I'd say you may be on your way to being the best Brawl player in general.

How is it hard?
Just look at if he applied his toon Link play style smart against that "bad" player?

iRjOn,
I hope you realize that my comment was for the match up for the OLD video of his TL vs MK. So it was pretty early on in the metagame and could just of been fluke match ups.
Anyways, when you "watch" a video you can give fair judgment based what you see. It's different playing and watching. I'm saying that the MK did not exploit MK where you can see how NinjaLink, as a good player, would respond. The TL was the one giving the pressure and that's typically not going to happen versus an MK.
I'm not saying that NinjaLink is a bad player. In fact, we all know he's a good player because he has results and other good players who vouches for him. I'm just saying IN the old TL vs MK match up it doesn't "show" how good he really is.

Amazing Toon Link and the outfit was kooky in the second Mario matches. Boss's Mario was alot more inpressive though.
Great projectile and bomb usage.

Great matches, man. Some really creative stuff.
Unfortunatly, we're not allowed to have individual video threads anymore, so you might want to post videos either here (http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=196130) or here (http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=220697) next time. =/
Again, nice matches.

If you want to move them to the TL Video Critique thread it would probably be best :)
