Picking Up Toon Link (need Help)

Alright so Im a stranger to these threads because Im a ROB player from the WC named Shadow. But umm I always play ROB and I wanna pick up TL for my number worst match-up ever . . . G&W. Everyone tells me that TL is a great counter to him so I decided to pick him up. Anyone like Santi, Chip or other good TL players wanna gimmie advice to this match up and what to do? I need TL in my arsenal to take out G&W please help me =[
