Is there a guide where I can learn how to RAR faster? I can already RAR with a dash but it seems to easily countered by projectiles and requires me to already have distance. Is there any way to pull this off faster? I want to be a Santi clone. =P

You shouldnt clone a person's play style. being similar is fine, but you should adapt your own play style that your confortable with. But i'm sure once you get better, it will come naturally.

About doing the RAR, try using c-stick. Gives much more freedom.

The thing is, you shouldn't rush up with the sole intention of raring, for as you said, you will be easily countered. Double bair is really most useful for when your opponent is behind your shield. Or just behind you.

It's really not that hard, but I try to stay away from it whenever possible because it gets kinda predictable when I play my friends. And don't worry, Santi is my idol too :P
