Iv'e noticed that if your on the edge and your oppenent is standing right on top ofyou waiting to gimp you can drop down to up air if that hits ( witch it always does if thier close enough ) you can depending on thier % can follow up with an up b.

People already do the Uair thing.
Its never a good idea to use airborne Up-B to attack someone apparently.

Best way to get off the edge is to push back, then Z to chain onto the edge. Then push Z again to latch on (giving you invincibility frames) and then push down to get off the edge and proceed to jump and fair your enemy. If timed properly, you will still have invincibiltiy frames when using your attack.

No. By the time you get the fair off, your invincibilty frames will be gone. And your opponent will probably block grab or side step then rape you.
