Recover from Dairs offstage

Hi, im perty new too these boards, and i didnt see anything about this, so tell me what you guys think, or if its already known.

I was playing aroud with the droping a bomb with Z and then catching it and doing an ariel at the same time. and while i was doing this i found out that if you time it right u can jump off the side of the stage, Dair, and the bomb will explode in time to stop you from dieing.

I know there arn't many times where you will have time to waiting on the bombs timer while someone is off stage, but if someone can get good at this it would let them be alot riskier with there dairs.

You can just edgeguard with fair/nair, and you're more than likely going to hit them with it than with dair.

You have to pull out a bomb, drop where you think they're going to be, dair, and then hope the timing is good enough to stop you before you die. You then have the risk of being edgeguarded and gimped.

Its not worth doing the Dair thing with the bomb at all.
All the other guy needs to do is grab the edge.

I tried doing it to be fancy once when I was winning by a lot, and ended up getting edge hogged. =(

Then I never tried it again.

Can't you just take a bomb out and throw it towards the ground so you explode, and then di the hit and dair?

Ugh, isn't there any TL who actually incorporates spikes into REAL matches? I need to make a freakin vid already, there are so many ways to spike that are near impossible to avoid.

Of course we still spike H_R Footstool to dair is too good
and sometimes bomb to down spike is OMG.
But you as a player have to deside when its safest for you to spike...
I still haven't found it though so yea.

Never Dair for 9/10ths of a tournament, then leap out as if to fair your opponent and spike them instead in the finals.
