Toon Link Secondary!

So I'm trying to find a secondary to Snake. I've tried many and came up with Toon Link. So I was using him and I was wondering what maps are good for him? Also what are his kill moves because usualy I use Fsmash and I don`t know if it's the best one. Thanks.

and erm kill moves inorder of usefulness

Usmash
Uair
Fair
Nair
Bair (you combo with this so you might not kill with it)
Fsmash(its low cause of its lagg, but it has the most kill power)
Dsmash
Bomb(lulz)

Toon Link works on nearly every stage Snake does + a few more.

You'll have to get use to being in the air since Snake hates it there it will take so effort.

He apparently does well on Rainbow Cruise.
Uair is the most commonly used kill move.

really? i find Uair more useful than Usmash. use it in a similar fashion as teh knee of justice.

You know enough Uair is more common but just not as hmmm
how do I put it...
you can hit with usmash alittle easier than uair.
Because of the different setups
uair has setups too of course but
they are more predictable even tho usmash is pretty predictable its self >.>

Onto the topic:
Most reliable kill move is usmash. My best stages as TL are delfino plaza, Final Destination and Raimbow cruise.

What are good things to do with the grabs?

Get some pummel damage
Set up
Put your opponent in an uncomfortable place like off stage.
Get some breathing room when facing MK >.>...

Toon Link is a good choice. You don't get comboed so easily.. you're quicker, but you're still ranged.

TL is basically a DPS character. You get as much percentage as you need on the opponent then head for the kill.

Oh, and use zair. A lot.
Just read the sticky though. It gives you more detail about TL.

these are the pros like sasuke etc and these helped me know how to string the moves together if that made any sense

then find there acctual matches that they have played kinda helps u know when to use the moves if that makes much sense
