I looked around to see if anybody else had discovered this before me. I couldn't find anything, so I figured I should share my discovery with you all. If this has already been discovered, please let me know.

Have you ever gotten jealous of all the Diddy, ROB, and Peach players pulling out items and gliding all over the place with them? Have you ever thought "Wow, I wish Toon Link could glide toss"? Have you ever wasted an entire match trying to see if maybe Toon Link COULD glide toss, but the timing was hard?
Well all your dreams are about to be answered. I present to you, the Toon Link Psuedo Glide Toss!
Step 1.) Pull out a bomb. You can probably do this with any item, but since this will probably be a frequently used AT, you're gonna want to pull out TL's bomb so you can do this at will.
Step 2.) Run. That's right, you don't roll. Toon Link's roll doesn't allow for him to throw an item and glide, so you need to find momentum from some other source. Your initial dash works perfectly for that.
Step 3.) Y, Z. Press the jump button (I prefer Y, but any jump button will work) to cancel your run. Then quickly press the Z button to throw your bomb. If you time it properly, Toon Link will glide forwards and throw the bomb. If you press Z too late, you'll end up jumping and dropping the bomb, probably blowing yourself up. Remember to press Z before you start to leave the ground. If you press the Z button too soon, the input of your jump might not go through, and you'll end up doing a standard running throw.
Now for variation: If you wish to throw the bomb in another direction (backwards or upwards, or downwards if you want to blow yourself up), simply press the direction you intend to throw the bomb when you're hitting Z.
