You know, I really do think one of the big reasons people are nicer overall on smashboards and AIB is the censoring.... But that's just me.

Well, to be honest, in terms of technical features (everyone loves tech skill!) AiB/AiF are miles ahead of SRK and SWF. So no, very little is in fact done better by SWF/SRK, if you consider a website to be a collection of technologies designed to make the user's life easier and better. Which I do, because it's not smashboards.com, owned and operated by MLG Inc., that makes this site so great. It's the community, an entity distinct from the web server it uses at the moment.

The user content will of course always be more complete on the established websites. Always. But the new features are there on AiWhatever to be used and there's not much of a reason not to.

I'm biased though.
