Oh and the main purpose... saving the best for last.... a very important bit of information... I want to let everyone know.... holding Up on the joystick will break you out of the Cargo hold just as fast if not faster than mashing buttons.

Better to spam escape your projectiles in this stage to rack up percentage and then fair them. Normal Up smash and down smash won't work unless you have good prepping. Also, why not try the pivot down smash gimp?

I don't see what's so bad with brinstar tbh, but maybe I'm just a luckier guy than some other TL's. I tend to find it good for getting aerials on enemies if you make good use of the platforms (same thing with projectiles).

You should do what I think Hyrulian Royalty did - Print out that list for your own use at tournaments. It's not tacky; it's class that you spent printer ink on that.

i only picked up TL a couple of months ago, but if i ever run into a match against ANYone on WeeGees, i always try to get rid of the top level first. I find that the posts of the bottom floor (at least on one side) are very useful to have around if for nothing better then a good U-smash or two. Ive also found that you can bounce TLs D-air off of the top of the post and it catches many opponents off guard the first or second time.

Agreed about the top level. The pillars on the bottom not only block projectiles, they also delay your aerials (and tilts I think). Plus you can't get rid of them until you break the top ones.

My goal is usually to Get rid of at least the top two. That way, even if you can't get rid of one more, you have an open area to fight in. If your opponent doesn't want to come up then throw some bombs down.

You know...I haven't played him since I improved there...I should try. Good idea.

Also, I forgot to mention that this stage doesn't bother me in the slightest. All I do to start is take off the right or left half of the stage. It gives you room to spam and be safe. If your opponent is smart enough he'll finish breaking off the rest of the house...but then the stage just turns into a smashville with no platform for a lil bit. I don't fight when there's a full house.

You should also prefer Brinstar over Luigi's. Brinstar has a pretty low ceiling which is good for you guys (unlike the super ceiling on Luigis), and a nice layout of platforms. DK player's favorite strat is to break the stage in half and then camp the bigger one to get quick kills, but that won't work against you guys b/c you have mad projectiles (just remember you can't grab onto the middle ever).

They told you to ban Brinstar because I always bring them to that stage, but even with it (or Luigi's) gone I still have so many options as a DK its not even funny. If you want my honest opinion on the subject, you should always ban Luigi's against a DK if you don't play MK or Olimar. DK can beast it at Brinstar, but Luigi's is filled with all kinds of gay.
