Melee and yes I think it should be updated...but I respect the effort it takes.

ok i am from america and i just randomly checked out the europe section and the melee tier list from 2007...
and it looks pretty solid based on what differences ive heard of in the american/*** version versus PAL
but does seriously no one know how to raep with luigi over there? i mean he rapes spacies and has teh comboz... the best player in WA is luigi and beats silent wolf/eggz

loads of chars can rape fox, falco. Roy for example.

missed the point there ben, he's saying there is a luigi player who rapes highly skilled spacies. there's also pakman. obviously a lot of characters can combo fox and falco but there are actually a couple of luigis in america that can which begs the question why none in europe?

I've played KA master he's sooo rape...maybe I should pick up luigi :/

he doesn't just rape spacies, he does pretty well against falcon, sheik if played right and can do well/slightly better against all the mid tiers

For Brawl it's to early to decide on a tier list.
We haven't had many international events so far and the european scene isn't evolved enough to justify a own tier list. Also most character meta games aren't developed yet, simply because those characters are underused in Europe.

For Melee it's definitly time to update the old list, but, as Marc allready said, it's hard to gather all the good players together in one place, since we don't have a European Back Room.
Furthermore most good players aren't really active on the boards and many of those still active don't actually care.
