Lmao, what do you want us to say about it? It's completely situational; you're not even telling us what you're using it for. Edgeguarding? Edge camping?

If you can hit people with uair and then grab the edge, it should be useful. If you have to use up b after the uair to get back to the edge, it would lessen it's worth. I'm guessing you want to hit people standing next to the edge, for edgeguarding, there's not really a reason to do this as far as I can see.
