It appears that CerbKirby is still online, but has gone off AIM and discontinued my battle with him.

Is there a time before the battle expires?

And if CerbKirby is reading this, just finish the battle. Either retreat or attack and I'll be back in a while or maybe even tomorrow morning. Then you can attack and I will be able to finish you off in the afternoon.

There is a 48 hour time limit,but Gid's thinking of shortening it.

I'd also vote for a short time limit. It would be really unfair to the active person, to sit there and wait, unable to start a new battle, while the other person isn't doing anything...

Isn't the retreat function same as Forfeit?

Well, Ness yes, but you have to wait for your opponent to move so you can take your turn to retreat. I know, because I'm in such a problem with Iceclimersrule14.
