The money was being added to the bank account as the battle was created. Both players would get the creator's total in pocket, minus the wager.

I was just testing it. I understand the double money back thing now. But the money doesn't just come out of nowhere.

My apologies, I misunderstood your post. Sorry for closing that topic.

Now then, I really can't try to figure out what was going on, but that was the only reported case... if it happens again, though, post about it, because that's big enough (if it keeps happening) to warrant the Battle Arena being closed until it can be fixed.

In the meantime, though, consider the gil a gift. Was anything odd about the battle?

No I ran one more test to see if it worked and it did the exact same thing. However I tried fighting again (3rd time) and it disappeared...

It was odd. It stopped working now. There must be some sort of time issue or something. Like Monday at 6:00pm or whatever time it was for you guys. I'm on Mountain Time.

But I'll make sure I look out for that. A lot of people have like 60 Gil now. But my last two battles didn't do that so I don't what was going on.

Good luck finding it though.
