View Full Version : Extra Enemy jump?!

This is probobly old, but I noticed it when I was in practice mode, if you U-B someone after their first jump, they get it back, sorta like you get yours back with D-B. It's probobly been known, but maybe this would be useful on team matches?
You mean the opponent gets the second jump back, not the first one =).
I don't see much point in it. If you wish to save your ally who has no more hopes of recovering, you gotta jump all the way out and upB him back to the stage, which is sorta dangerous. You leave yourself open for edgeguarding, and it's almost death if you're edgeguarded by two people. Anyway, your ally would probably be at a high enough percentage by then, so he won't need the extra jump when you UpB him.
Don't think it's useful in that aspect. The only time you can do this is when you're left with one opponent with one life in the team match. Then again, it's still not that safe to do it...

it probably wouldnt work to good cause it does alot of damage if you were to bring them back like that, i could see a tech like that work with 2 luigis maybe but not ganon.

Assuming it works with Falcon's up-b too, you'd probably be better off using it wtih him than dorf, since I believe falcon has more range with his up-b for recovering back. Still, if falcon and falco were on a team, it can seriously help the latter's disgusting recovery assuming both opponents are nowhere near your edge...

it might but if youre to close to the edge they could bounce off and fall to their death, i dont think its worth it. if there havin trouble getting back on the ledge they probably have high percent and wouldnt be happy if you KO'ed them and yourself trying a risky trick.

True, but Falco doesn't need high percents to have trouble getting back to the edge.

the only time i think it could be useful is if youve been shined off the ledge, but best recovery has to be luigi's up b or marios fireball can help.
