Does Cap's Forward B have invincibility frames?

Does it? I was playing a DOC, and I realized when I use the forward B, I can go through his capsules! Is this a glitch, or is part of the move containing some invincibility frames? I don't really use him, but I'd like to know because I like to know thy enemy if you get what I'm saying :D

In regards to most projectiles, yes. They rest near the middle of the animation.

the lunging part of the raptor boost will go through projectiles, but only the lunging part. The beginning and ending parts (the ones that have fire) will result in you getting hit by the projectile.
