Against Falco/Fox
if its your first throw at super low damage usually you can get a 2nd grab from an upthrow since they may not have been ready for the immediate quick throw. Once their chained grab once..they will instinctively want to DI left/right..so just UpThrow them again and then Up/F.Tilt so put on what damage.

Once they've reach 30%, you can start chain throwing the UpThrow. I Suggest grab, Hit,(this gives you somewhat of a moment to prepare to chase their DI), then UpThrow...wether its left or right, dash in that direction and repeat.(if they don't DI, you can always just UpTilt than chase their DI from that........)
This can go on even after 60%ish. When you think you've squeezed the berry as much as you'd get....for the last time you think u'd squeeze one it..replace it w/ an UpSmash, and then Dash UpSmash again as they DI the first one. From here it gets somewhat random..but you can shuffle UpAir into an UpTilt and pursue, or just DocPUnch them...

Sheik isn't nearly as chainthrowable, since at even lower percents she can DI out of both the Up and D.Throw. But if you mix in UpTilts and Shuffled UpAirs into grabs-repeat you'll be able to hold onto her longer for some crazy damage stuff.
