I can do the grab, but...

I can never grab right after they fall. Do they need to tech to be able to grab them again? Or I am just grabbing too late/soon?

Not sure what you mean dude.

But if you're trying to do the Cargo/U-throw/U-air/Repeat combo on fastfallers then you're in for a tough time. The only people i've really seen do it are the godlike japanese players (Hoshinokirby and CJ).

One thing you have to remember is to hit them with the U-air as they start to fall as opposed to jumping straight up after them. Fastfalling and L-canceling are also neccesssary.

Its hard to do, I can do it agaisnt a person with poor DI or a computer but im still working on gettign it down on a decent opponent. Half the time I opt for the U-throw/Jump/Up-b instead.
