can anyone give me and my n00b G&W skills a good strategy on any moves that will return you to the ground safely? I usually, by habit, use the key, but it has no knockback for those on the ground and I usually get knocked back in the air........ any suggestions?

lol there really is no good way to come back to the ground after youve been knocked into the air with GW. Especially if your out of your jump, u can try air dodging through them when they try to attack but they will usually land and do another move before u an get footing :/ GW sux what can i say, just dont get knowcked into thr air :)

That all depends on where you're coming from. From up above the stage, use the key like your instinct tells you, only perhaps aim it so that your LANDING hits them, not the actual key which they will most likely shieldgrab out of. Coming from either side, use UpB to sweetspot the edge and REMEMBER G&W grabs the ledge before he actually touches it. He is a great sweetspotter if you can pull this off right. If there's an edgeguarder, SH off the ledgegrab and pop a parachute or block onto them.

I'll have to disagree about that one! Falcon can pwn in the air, but G&W outranges his knee with the Block or Turtle if that's what we're afraid of. If the stomp is what's scaring you, remember your friendly parachute of protection. Timing is a major thing though, since Falcon's moves pull out way faster than G&W's. Predict and retaliate!
I must say, Marth is the hardest to counter. Greatest range in the game, so you have to be good at canceling his attacks with your own.

lol if you ever play a good falcon itll probably be game over. once he knocks u on the ground it should be the end of your life, if its not then he sucks with CF

umm needles is a 10x better GW than anyone on these boards ; )
and yes once falcon gets GW in the air its usually game over as long as the falcon doesnt run into his down B, other than that falcon turns GW *** into a playground

Once again, I'll have to disagree. Depending on timing, even at high percentages, G&W can meteor cancel Falcon's stomp with up+B, which has amazing height. Like you said though, just depends on the G&W and the Falcon we're talking about I guess. I wish I could play some of the guys on these boards...or make a video at least. n_n;

G&W and Falcon are even in a battle, honestly G&W has tons of options against falcon. Maybe not when he's in the air, but the match goes both ways.
