Well, I always have these crackpot predictions when a game is announced, and I swear on my life that four of those came true already (I was 100% positive Pit, Meta Knight, Wario, and an Armorless Samus were all appearing).

What I FEEL will appear differs from what I WANT to appear.

I WANT Takamaru, Little Mac, Jill, Olimar, Deoxys, Lucario, Krystal, Diddy, Dedede, Barbara, Mike, and some sort of mage to appear.

But I KNOW the only ones from that list who actually WILL appear are like... Krystal, Mac, Jill, Diddy, and Dedede. Such a shame :urg:

Hector: It'd be unique to have an axe wielder
Krystal: Staff. Nuff said.
Poo: His PK moves are more varied from those of Ness, if I can recall, so he wouldn't really be a clone. Case in point, PK Starstorm (do I have the right name?). That's why I picked him over Paula.
Ganon's "beast form": It'd be more of a "half-character", like Sheik and the often mentioned/rumored Wolf Link from TP.

Ridley (and I had been considering that before the rumor)
Medius (people are probably groaning now)

=) yep! it's real!!, just spend a few moments watching the promocional video, and look when link try to hit kirby in the MetalKnight's stage, kirby counters his attack, and! !!!!!! PUUUUJJJ! the sound of the hit! the same from ssb64, and look the power of the attack to link! =)

im sure most of you know this but for those who dont, sakurai has made an official announcement to a Tokyo gaming radio show, and in the announcement, he confirmed three new characters, as well as three that are getting the boot from the series. the three that HAL studios is adding are:

Ridley(metroid series)
Wind Waker Link(Legend of Zelda)
Bowser Jr.(Mario Power Tennis)

and the three that they are removing from the series are:

G&W
Ice Climbers

although i do not agree completely with their decision, especially when it comes to the ice climbers, :urg: i respect the judgement of the developers and still look foward to the new game

You're missing the point. Smash Bros. characters thus far have always had humanoid characteristics. People with arms & legs designed to punch, kick, and bend way out of porportion. Ridley's a freaking huge winged mutant! It really doesn't seem likely that Ridley would be a suitable character.

The guy from Starcraft. I know this guy has (-100%) chance of being in it but he would still would be cool to play. with the psionic blades and cloaking ability it would be cool.

He could have some of Dark Archon's abilities but his VB ability could turn him completely invisible except that he can't move. has long as the player holds B he stays there unseen. when he lets go he does a spin attack. Great move for ambushes.
