Abusing Side-B Jiggly

Sup guys

I just recently played my friend and his new main is jigglypuff. During the match he always abuses the sideb move and i was having a hard time to stop it with the ice climbers. He always seems to di when i attack him and then he uses the sideb. Just post here if you have any tips on how to beat him.

Hey there. I believe you're talking about the move where Jigglypuff rolls on his side. If that's the case, it is extremely predictable and surprisingly easy to use a Smash attack against. If you find you can't time your Smash properly, try jumping over or rolling by when he attacks. It's usually not a good idea to use that move with Jigglypuff, and I'm sure you could easily take advantage of this person by setting up for some nice combos. Hope that helped... good luck.

I like shieldgrabbing for this. Pound has enough startup lag for you to see it starting, so you'll have enough time to shieldgrab. Not to mention that Ice Climbers have about 784 options out of the grab.

Yeah sheildgrabbing is your best bet.

My friend has a very agressive Jigglypuff. I learned to sheild grab all his attacks and got really sick of it. So now he spaces his attacks and weaves in and out. :(

WD into a dsmash. Jiggs is really good. I like to do the b attack with the ice burgs. Jump and b is kind of effictive.
